Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the successive supply of tractors for the organizational units of PGL LP. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The stated quantities of the subject matter of the contract constitute the maximum quantities of the subject matter of the contract that may be ordered by the Contracting Authority and serve for the comparison and evaluation of tenders. The contract performance conditions are contained in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ - draft contract. 3. The Contracting Authority divided the subject matter of the contract into 3 parts: Part No. Subject matter of the contract Quantity 1 Supply of tractors with a minimum power of 230 KM with loaders 10 2 Supply of tractors with a minimum power of 150 KM with loaders 10 3 Supply of tractors with a minimum power of 100 KM with loaders 5 1.
