The subject matter of the contract is to conduct studies on the transport behaviour of residents of Łódź and the surrounding area, carry out measurements of motor vehicle, bicycle, scooter, UTO and pedestrian traffic volumes on the street network of Łódź and the surrounding area, carry out measurements of passenger flows in public transport vehicles in Łódź and the surrounding area, measure passenger interchange on the platforms of railway stations and stops and at bus stations and stops, conduct studies on transit traffic, and develop a transport simulation model for Łódź and the surrounding area, together with recommendations for improving the functioning of the City’s transport system. 4.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in the model contract constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. 6.DEADLINE FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT 6.1. The contract must be performed within 18 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 6.2. Providing personal data is a necessary condition for handling the matter at the Łódź City Office. 39.1.4. The general legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) and Art. 10 of the General Regulation. 39.1.5. The specific purposes of data processing are indicated in the following provisions. 39.1.5.1. the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law; 39.1.5.2. the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code; 39.1.5.3. the Act of 27 August 2009 on Public Finance; 39.1.5.4. the Act of 29 September 1994 on Accounting 39.1.6. Personal data will be processed, including stored, for a period of 4 years, calculated from the first of January of the year following the year in which the matter was concluded, and subsequently, pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 14 July 1983 on the National Archival Resources and Archives, for a period of 5 years, in accordance with category B5, in the case of procedure documentation, and 10 years in connection with the concluded contract, in accordance with archival category B10, and, if the archival category of the documentation is changed, for a period consistent with the changed archival category of the documentation. In the case of contracts financed from European funds or funds other than those originating from the budget of the European Union, pursuant to separate provisions in this regard, for up to 25 years. 39.1.8. In connection with the processing of personal data, pursuant to provisions of law, you have the right to: 39.1.8.1. access the content of your data, pursuant to Art. 15 of the General Regulation; 39.1.8.2. rectify data, pursuant to Art. 16 of the General Regulation; 39.1.8.3. restrict processing, pursuant to Art. 18 of the General Regulation 39.1.9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – if you consider that the processing of personal data infringes personal data protection provisions. 39.1.10. Where the requirement to provide personal data arises from provisions of law, you are obliged to provide them. Failure to provide personal data will result in it being impossible to conclude a public procurement contract. 39.1.11. The data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling. 4.1.
