Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of “Mobile Changing Room” welfare facilities on trailers for the needs of the State Fire Service, on a trailer together with complete equipment and an autonomous power supply system – 2 units. 2. The subject of the contract must be completed within the scope of and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in Annex No. 1 thereto entitled: “Description of the subject of the contract” (hereinafter also referred to as the “OPZ”), and in accordance with the applicable regulations. Detailed requirements regarding the performance of the contract are also specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ entitled: “Draft Contractual Provisions” (hereinafter also referred to as the “PPU”). 3. The Contracting Authority requires the contractor to provide at least 24 months of guarantee and statutory warranty (the statutory warranty period will be equal to the guarantee period), calculated from the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract. The detailed required guarantee conditions are contained in the PPU. 1.
