1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the Wireless Data Transmission system. Modernization of the Wireless Data Transmission system consisting of the implementation of new access infrastructure (RAN), modernization of distribution nodes (Switching/Power Supply), expansion of the core (Core 5G), delivery of end devices, a mobile measurement and service platform, and a local AI analytics station. The contract also includes the dismantling and disposal of LMDS systems being phased out. A detailed specification of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the agreement – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. The task will be carried out in stages: a) Stage I – Radio planning b) Stage II – Delivery, installation and commissioning of devices forming part of the subject matter of the agreement c) Stage III – optimization and field tests The Contracting Authority requires that the offered subject matter of the contract not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, finding their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; 2) an ICT product whose type has been specified in a decision recognizing a supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision.
