Scope of the contract divided into lots: Lot No. 1: Delivery of 2 brand-new marked personal watercraft with trailers, with the possibility of increasing the number of personal watercraft with trailers ordered under the option right by a maximum of 2 units. The Contracting Authority requires that the equipment purchased under the option be identical to the basic (guaranteed) equipment. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide in the tender, in addition to the price, also: for Lot 1: - the make, model, version and year of manufacture of the personal watercraft; - the make, model and year of manufacture of the trailer; - engine displacement (in cm³); - maximum net engine power (in KW); - engine constant-speed maintenance system; - warranty without an engine-hour limit for the mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the personal watercraft; - warranty for the entire bodywork, markings and emergency-vehicle equipment of the personal watercraft; - warranty for all additional equipment of the personal watercraft; - warranty for the trailer, for Lot 2: - the make, model, version and year of manufacture of the personal watercraft; - the make, model and year of manufacture of the trailer; - engine displacement (in cm³); - maximum net engine power (in KW); - warranty without an engine-hour limit for the mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the personal watercraft; - warranty for the entire bodywork, markings and emergency-vehicle equipment of the personal watercraft; - warranty for all additional equipment of the personal watercraft; - warranty for the trailer. 6. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate authorized service stations (name and address) for the proposed transport equipment in Poland—the list submitted with the tender may be prepared by the Contractor as a separate document. 8. The Contractor is required to deliver the subject of the contract for Lots No. 1 and 2 using its own transport to the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Szczecin, ul. Wernyhory 5, on working days between 8.00 and 15.00. 1.
