Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply of non-powered handling trolleys to the warehouse at ul. Logistyczna 12, 05-250 Ciemne near Radzymin. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1a to the SWZ / Annex 1 to the Contract – “Quantitative breakdown of the subject of the contract and technical conditions together with unit net prices”. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to withdraw from the subject of the contract specified in paragraphs 1 to 10% of the contract value specified in § 5 paragraph 1 of the contract. The Contracting Authority’s withdrawal from purchasing up to 10% of the contract value may not constitute grounds for any claims by the Contractor due to non-performance of the contract. The reduction in the quantity and value of the subject of the contract referred to in this paragraph does not constitute an amendment to the contract and does not require the Contractor’s consent or the conclusion of an annex to this contract.
