Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract comprises services, divided into 5 separate tasks, encompassing the organization of five separate training and recreational camps in the mountains for children and young people from the Kleszczów Municipality and members of the Kleszczów Brass Band in 2027 – in accordance with Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 5 parts. The Contractor may submit a tender for any part of its choice. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of parts (tasks) for which one Contractor may submit a tender. The tender submitted must cover all requirements for the given Part, i.e. the entire contract specified in the SWZ and Annex No. 3 – Description of the subject matter of the contract for parts 1-5. Organization of a 7-day (6 overnight stays) training and recreational camp for primary school pupils in grades I-III, combined with learning and improving skiing skills, for 62 persons in one session during the period between 16.01.2027 and 31.01.2027 in the Polish mountains. Note: The Contracting Authority requires the participants’ departure from Kleszczów to take place on day 1, in the morning, arrival at the camp location on day 1, departure from the camp location after lunch on day 7, and return to Kleszczów on day 7, in the evening. Organization of a 7-day (6 overnight stays) training and recreational camp for primary school pupils in grades IV-VI, combined with learning and improving skiing skills, for 72 persons in one session during the period between 16.01.2027 and 31.01.2027 in the Polish mountains. Note: The Contracting Authority requires the participants’ departure from Kleszczów to take place on day 1, in the morning, arrival at the camp location on day 1, departure from the camp location after lunch on day 7, and return to Kleszczów on day 7, in the evening. Organization of a 7-day (6 overnight stays) training and recreational camp for primary school pupils in grades VII-VIII, combined with learning and improving skiing and snowboarding skills, for 78 persons in one session during the period between 16.01.2027 and 31.01.2027 in the Polish mountains, excluding the Ochotnica Dolna Municipality. Note: The Contracting Authority requires the participants’ departure from Kleszczów to take place on day 1, in the morning, arrival at the camp location on day 1, departure from the camp location after lunch on day 7, and return to Kleszczów on day 7, in the evening. Organization of a 7-day (6 overnight stays) training and recreational camp for secondary school pupils and university students, combined with learning and improving skiing and snowboarding skills, for 61 persons in one session during the period between 16.01.2027 and 31.01.2027 in the Polish mountains, excluding the Ochotnica Dolna Municipality. Note: The Contracting Authority requires the participants’ departure from Kleszczów to take place on day 1, in the morning, arrival at the camp location on day 1, departure from the camp location after lunch on day 7, and return to Kleszczów on day 7, in the evening. Organization of a 7-day (6 overnight stays) training and recreational camp for members of the Kleszczów Brass Band, combined with learning and improving skiing and snowboarding skills, for 37 persons in one session during the period between 16.01.2027 and 24.01.2027 in the Polish mountains.
