Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organization of a study visit summarizing the 2014-2020 financial perspective and the current 2021-2027 perspective in the EU country of France, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, concerning projects meeting the criteria of European Added Value (EAV) in accordance with RSI LORIS, for representatives of the Group for the Coordination of Information and Promotional Activities for European Funds. The visit will be organized for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 20 people. The subject of the contract includes, among other things: - preparation of the study visit program - provision of transport for a maximum of 20 people - provision of a study visit coordinator - provision of interpretation services during the study visit - accommodation and meals - insurance for the study visit - other activities necessary for the effective comprehensive organization of the study visit. The subject of the contract has been described in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “OPZ”), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which will also constitute Annex No. 1 to the contract.
