Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in organizing a three-day study trip for producers of regional and traditional products from the Małopolskie Voivodeship to the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. Under the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to provide, during the study trip, transport by a lux-class coach with air conditioning and a toilet for all trip participants, together with luggage of up to 20 kg/person, with the coach available on site; meals for all trip participants – lunches and dinners; the services of a tour leader throughout the entire study trip; insurance for all trip participants (including medical treatment and transport costs and costs arising from accidents); and preparation of the study trip program, including arranging meetings and covering the necessary costs of their implementation. In accordance with the provision of the SOPZ, the chapter concerning the subject of the contract does not include accommodation with breakfast for all trip participants or admission tickets to the Glass Heritage Centre in Krosno. Accommodation is planned at the Dwór Kombornia - Folwark facility, Kombornia 1, 38-420 Kombornia. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be incorporated as Annex No. 1 to the public procurement contract. 3. The conditions for performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract – the model contract – and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 4. Pursuant to the provision arising from Art. 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing activities within the scope of contract performance. 5.The subject of the contract is financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development under Scheme II: Support for operations implemented under KSOW+ PS WPR 2023-2027 – Technical Assistance under the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy for 2023-2027 - Scheme II. 6.
