Poland – Travel agency, tour operator and tourist assistance services – Comprehensive organization of a four-day foreign study trip to Switzerland for a delegation from the Małopolskie Voivodeship, aimed at acquiring knowledge and exchanging experience in the implementation of modern solutions concerning the civil protection and civil defence system and the possibilities of implementing them in the Małopolskie Voivodeship, with an option right.

Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the comprehensive organization of a four-day foreign study trip to Switzerland for 20 people, departing on Monday morning and returning on Thursday evening. The duration of the visit is 4 calendar days, including 2 days on site in Switzerland; the first and fourth days are treated as travel days, with a total of 3 overnight stays on site. 2. The basic scope of the visit includes the following elements: 1) Preparation and presentation to the Contracting Authority of a detailed visit programme; 2) Air transport service for the participants in the visit; 3) Transport to and from the airport on the first and fourth days (Kraków - Balice); 4) Transport service within Switzerland for the participants in the visit; 5) Full-day meals for the participants in the visit; 6) Accommodation for the participants in the visit; 7) Translation/interpretation service; 8) Insurance for the participants in the visit; 9) Provision of coordination and photographic support. 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising an option right, which includes the following elements: 1) Provision of dinner for invited guests, for a maximum of 10 additional people (option No. 1); 2) Participation in the visit of additional persons, up to a maximum of 5 people (option No. 2); 3) Provision of admission tickets to 3 places selected by the Contracting Authority, up to a maximum of 25 tickets (option No. 3). 4. If the Contracting Authority does not exercise the option right, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims on this account. 5. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be incorporated as Annex No. 1 to the public procurement contract. 6. The conditions for performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract – the model contract – and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 7. If the description of the subject matter of the contract contains references to standards, the Contracting Authority indicates that it permits solutions equivalent to those described, and such a reference is accompanied by the words “or equivalent”. Where the description of the subject matter of the contract refers to standards, the Contracting Authority shall not reject a contractor's tender solely because the offered subject matter of the contract does not comply with the standard indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract, if the contractor demonstrates, in the manner provided for in the Pzp Act and the procurement documents, that the proposed solution meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority to an equivalent degree. 8. The Contracting Authority specifies that the contractor will be obliged to transfer to the Contracting Authority the author's economic rights to the works created, in accordance with the contract. 9. Pursuant to the provision arising from Art. 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing activities within the scope of contract performance. 10. The contract value amounts to: PLN 197,050.00, including the value of the anticipated contracts under the options, which has been determined respectively as follows: option 1: PLN 2,600.00, option 2: PLN 32,000.00, option 3: PLN 6,250.00 (excluding tax on goods and services). 11. The contract must be performed within 2 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 197,050 PLN.
