Opportunity description

Comprehensive organization and logistical support for a four-day (4 days including travel, 3 overnight stays on site in Pula) study visit by a delegation from Małopolska to Croatia for a maximum of 10 people (minimum 5 people). The contract will include: 1. Development of the visit programme 2. Organization of travel for the participants of the study visit from Małopolska, including the provision of airline tickets (Kraków/Katowice – Rijeka/Pula, Rijeka/Pula – Kraków/Katowice) for 10 people. Economy-class airline tickets including hand luggage and additional luggage weighing at least 10 kilograms for each person, as well as additional checked baggage of up to 25 kg for 1 person. If air transport cannot be arranged, transport by coach is permitted. 3. Accommodation and meals. Accommodation for a maximum of 10 people in a hotel with a minimum standard of 3 stars (3*) or higher, located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Pula. Accommodation exclusively in single rooms 4. Organization and logistical support for meetings. 5. Croatian-language interpreter. 6. Visit coordinator/tour leader. 7. Insurance for visit participants.
