1. The subject of the contract is active protection in nature reserves of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. 2. A detailed description and the method of performance of the subject of the contract are set out in the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into 3 parts: 1) Part No. 1: Performance of active protection activities in the Prządki im. prof. Henryka Świdzińskiego nature reserve, 2) Part No. 2: Performance of active protection activities in the Moczary nature reserve, 3) Part No. 3: Performance of active protection activities in the Sołokija nature reserve, 4. The Contractor may submit a tender for all parts. 5. The Contracting Authority may award all parts of the contract to one Contractor. 1. Basis for the activities performed: Order No. 18/23 of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Rzeszów of 27 July 2023 on establishing protection tasks for the Prządki im. prof. Henryka Świdzińskiego nature reserve. 2. Deadline for carrying out active protection treatments: by 20 November 2026. 3. Area covered by the contract: 1) The reserve is located in the localities of Czarnorzeki and Korczyna, Korczyna municipality, Krosno County. 2) The area covered by the work is 13.28 ha (the entire reserve area). 3) The land manager – Kołaczyce Forest District and Korczyna Municipal Office – has consented to the performance of protection treatments on the areas covered by this contract. 4. Subject of the contract – scope of work: 1) The subject of the contract includes: removal from the rocks of rings used for climbing (approx. 300 units), exposure of the rocks by removing trees and clearing shrubs from the area (up to 0.4 ha near the Matki, Baby, and Zbójnickiej rock groups), installation of barriers enclosing and marking out the tourist traffic route, installation of “No entry” signs (approx. 10 units), removal of the remains of the stairs at the entrance to the reserve near the Prządka-Matka rock. 2) The tourist trail and paths of illegal penetration of the reserve area are shown on the Map of Potential Threats constituting Annex No. 12 to the SWZ. 3) The rock groups located in the reserve are shown on the Map of Rock Groups constituting Annex No. 13 to the SWZ. 4) The exact location of activities involving the removal of trees and shrubs and the installation of “No entry” signs will be determined during the site visit. 5) The characteristics of the rings located within the reserve are described in an excerpt from the geological expert report commissioned by RDOŚ Rzeszów, contained in Annex No. 14 to the SWZ. 6) The treatments must be performed using mechanical or manual equipment. 7) Trees and shrubs must be cut flush with ground level so that the resulting stumps do not protrude above the ground surface. 8) The obtained biomass must be partially left in a designated place within the reserve, and the remaining part removed beyond the reserve boundaries – as instructed by the Kołaczyce Forest District. 1. Deadline for carrying out active protection treatments: by 20 November 2026. 3. Area covered by the contract: 1) The reserve is located in the localities of Łukawiec and Kobylnica Ruska, Wielkie Oczy municipality, Lubaczów County. 2) The total area covered by the work is approximately 0.20 ha. 3) The land manager – Lubaczów Forest District – has consented to the performance of protection treatments on the areas covered by this contract. 4. Subject of the contract – scope of work: 1) Thinning of the undergrowth (hazel) at the site where the subject of protection – netted garlic – occurs (area approx. 0.2 ha). 2) A map showing the work area constitutes Annex No. 15 to the SWZ. 3) All work must be performed manually, using pruning shears, handheld petrol-powered saws, etc. 4) Biomass generated during the work will be carried outside the reserve or deposited in a designated place agreed with a representative of the Lubaczów Forest District. 1. Basis for the activities performed: Order No. 12/25 of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection of 30 May 2025 on establishing protection tasks for the Sołokija nature reserve. 2. Deadline for carrying out active protection treatments: by 20 November 2026. 3. Area covered by the contract: 1) The reserve is located within the locality of Dziewięcierz, Horyniec-Zdrój municipality, Lubaczów County. 2) The total area covered by the work is 3 ha. 3) The land manager – Lubaczów Forest District – has consented to the performance of protection treatments on the areas covered by this contract. 4. Subject of the contract – scope of work: 1) Removal of expansive species restricting the growth of junipers. 2) Elimination of all tree and shrub specimens (except juniper) by cutting them at a height of up to 10 cm above the ground. 3) The treatment must be carried out using hand tools (axe, hand saw, petrol-powered saw, pruning shears), excluding the entry of motor vehicles onto the reserve area. 4) The resulting biomass will be transported outside the reserve and disposed of – placing it into commercial circulation is prohibited. 5) A map showing the work area constitutes Annex No. 16 to the SWZ.
