Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of tree-cutting services, including stump grinding and clearing the roadside along provincial roads within the area of operation of the West Pomeranian Provincial Roads Authority in Koszalin, divided into 3 tasks: Task No. 1 – Gryfice Task No. 2 – Pyrzyce Task No. 3 – Stargard 2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject matter of the contract using ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes in respect of which no recommendation referred to in Art. 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System has been issued stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security, or no decision or other act has been issued in connection with which a given ICT product, ICT service or specific ICT process should be withdrawn from use. 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts, i.e. single-source contracts referred to in Art. 305(1) in conjunction with Art. 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law. 1) The scope of services consists in repeating similar services consistent with the subject matter of the basic contract; 2) The value of the services is set at up to the following net amount: Task No. 1 – PLN 10,000.00; Task No. 2 – PLN 13,000.00; Task No. 2 – PLN 70,000.00. 3) The basis for determining the terms of performance of the similar contract is the basic contract and negotiations conducted with the Contractor. 4. Pursuant to Art. 95(1) of the Act, for each task the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ, under an employment relationship, all persons performing activities covered by the scope of the contract, i.e. equipment/vehicle operators (drivers), chainsaw operators, manual workers carrying out work related to clearing the area after tree cutting, etc. This obligation also applies to Subcontractors.
