Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment with the technical parameters specified in Annexes No. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d and 4e to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the “equipment”, together with installation and training of the Contracting Authority's employees. 2. The subject of this contract comprises the following lots: Lot 1 – Intraoperative hockey-stick probe (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4a to the SWZ; Lot 2 – Hospital bed type 1 (7 units) with the technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4b to the SWZ; Lot 3 – Hospital bed type 2 (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4c to the SWZ; Lot 4 – Dual-stream ventilator (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4d to the SWZ; Lot 5 – Infusion pump set (1 set) with the technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4e to the SWZ; 3. The equipment listed above must meet the threshold requirements specified respectively in Annexes No. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d and 4e to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the threshold requirements specified respectively in Annexes No. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d and 4e to the SWZ will result in rejection of the tender.
