The subject of the contract is the sale, delivery, installation, and commissioning of 1 ultrasound unit, as well as training the user's personnel in operating the subject of the contract and training technical personnel in basic activities for checking the technical condition of the device and basic technical maintenance. The contract constitutes the implementation of the following task: under grant project No.: FERS.03.07-IP.07-0001/23 entitled “Accessibility Plus for AOS”, implemented under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, pursuant to the Decision on co-financing grant Project No.: FERS.03.07-IP.07-0001/23-00 issued by the Minister of Health on 8 December 2023.
