Opportunity description

1. Subject matter of the contract: supply of medicines and wound cleansing products. 2. The medicines under tasks No. 1–4 must be registered in the following drug programs: Task No. 1 – drug program B.102.FM, Task No. 2 – drug programs B.30, B.29, Task No. 3 – drug program B.176, Task No. 4 – drug program B.67. The Contractor declares that the medicinal products offered within the scope of the subject matter of the contract are registered with an indication for use in the drug program, in accordance with the current announcement of the Minister of Health. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in this SWZ and: 1) Annex No. 1 – tender form 2) Annex No. 2 – assortment and price form, 3) Annex No. 3 – draft contract.
