Opportunity description

5.1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of clinical nutrition preparations for a period of 12 months 5.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary: CPV: 33690000-3 Various medicinal products 33692200-9 Parenteral nutrition products 5.3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the description of the Contracting Authority’s requirements regarding performance and acceptance are specified in: 5.3.1. Description of the subject matter of the contract - assortment and price form – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, divided into 4 parts (packages) Package No. 1 – Parenteral nutrition Package No. 2 – Parenteral and enteral nutrition Package No. 3 – Enteral nutrition Package No. 4 – Clinical nutrition 5.3.2. Draft contractual provisions – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5.4. The assortment and price form constitutes the content of the tender and may not be supplemented. Failure to submit the assortment and price form will have negative consequences for the Contractor in the form of rejection of the tender pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law. 5.5. The description of the subject matter of the contract and the draft contractual provisions must be read together with any amendments to the content of the SWZ resulting, for example, from responses provided to Contractors’ enquiries.
