Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of medicinal products, medicines used in chemotherapy, food for special medical purposes, and medicines under drug programmes. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of tenders for individual lots, divided into 14 lots. The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority declares that, as the data controller and having regard to the provisions of the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), it has implemented security measures appropriate to the risks it has identified and providing assurance of the proper protection of personal data transmitted as part of the procedure. The Contracting Authority envisages applying the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law.
