Bieszczadzka 5, Part 4 – Supply of office and writing materials and printing paper for the needs of the Catchment Management Board in Przemyśl, 37-700 Przemyśl ul. Wybrzeże Ojca Św. Description of the subject matter of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not permit the division of the contract within individual parts. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or more parts of the contract. Unless the SWZ provides otherwise, its provisions shall apply accordingly to all parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act Rules concerning subcontracting: The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform work related to the placement and installation of the subject matter of the contract, as referred to in Article 121 point 2 of the Pzp Act. The Contractor may entrust the performance of any part of the contract to a subcontractor. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate in the Tender Form the parts of the contract whose performance it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if already known. If no Subcontractor is indicated in the tender, the Contracting Authority shall consider that the Contractor has declared that it will perform the contract without the participation of subcontractors. Detailed requirements concerning subcontracting are contained in the model contract.
