Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of office supplies, office envelopes and paper for printers, multifunction devices, fax machines and plotters within the scope of 3 tasks of the basic contract: Task No. 1 – Office supplies Task No. 2 – Office envelopes Task No. 3 – Photocopy paper 2. For Tasks No. 1 and 2, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the option right. 3. The description of the subject of the contract together with the price form is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ – OPZ/Price form. 4. The type (assortment) and quantities of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ – OPZ/Price form. 5. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified 3 to the SWZ – OPZ/Price form.. 6. The conditions for performance of the contract are specified in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 1.
