Renovation of the expressway and motorway managed by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Zielona Góra Branch, divided into three parts: Part No. 1: Renovation of the S3 expressway pavement between the Myślibórz junction and the Gorzów Wlkp. junction, on the section from km 54+012 to km 55+012 – both carriageways Part No. 2: Renovation of the A18 motorway pavement between the Olszyna junction and the Żary Zachód junction, on the section from km 7+573 to km 9+595 – northern carriageway Part No. 3: Renovation of the S3 expressway pavement between the Gorzów Wlkp. Południe junction and the Skwierzyna Zachód junction, on the section from km 92+170 to km 101+000 – both carriageways With an option: Renovation of the S3 expressway pavement between the Gorzów Wlkp. Południe junction and the Skwierzyna Zachód junction, on the sections from km 101+000 to km 107+000 – both carriageways Part No. 1: Renovation of the S3 expressway pavement between the Myślibórz junction and the Gorzów Wlkp. junction, on the section from km 54+012 to km 55+012 – both carriageways. Scope of the contract: The purpose of carrying out renovation works on both carriageways is to restore interlayer bonding in order to ensure proper interaction between the structural layers of the road and, consequently, improve its load-bearing capacity and eliminate cracks, with a view to extending its service life. The construction works are also intended to improve traffic safety and driving comfort on the following sections. The contract includes: The scope of the works will cover the section of the S3 expressway managed by the Zielona Góra Branch, from km 54+012 to km 55+012 – both carriageways, including milling the existing pavement to a total thickness of 12 cm (4 cm wearing course, 8 cm binder course), possible reinforcement with mesh (if such a need is identified), and reinstatement of the pavement while maintaining the existing road profile, together with reinstatement of the road markings. Part No. 2: Renovation of the A18 motorway pavement between the Olszyna junction and the Żary Zachód junction, on the section from km 7+573 to km 9+595 – northern carriageway Scope of the contract: The purpose of carrying out renovation works on the indicated section is to improve the condition of the motorway pavement by replacing the pavement structure layers and, consequently, improving its load-bearing capacity and eliminating cracks, with a view to extending its service life. The construction works are also intended to improve traffic safety and driving comfort on the following sections. The contract includes: The scope of the works will cover the section of the A18 motorway managed by the Zielona Góra Branch, from km 7+573 – 9+595 on the northern carriageway, including: removal of the existing pavement to a total thickness of 19 cm (4 cm wearing course, 8 cm binder course and 7 cm first base course), reinstatement of the successive pavement layers while maintaining the existing road profile, reinstatement of the road markings, replacement of the edge drain and linear drainage, and adjustment of the inlets. Part No. 3: Renovation of the S3 expressway pavement between the Gorzów Wlkp. Południe junction and the Skwierzyna Zachód junction, on the section from km 92+170 to km 101+000 – both carriageways With an option: Renovation of the S3 expressway pavement between the Gorzów Wlkp. Południe junction and the Skwierzyna Zachód junction, on the sections from km 101+000 to km 107+000 – both carriageways Scope of the contract: The purpose of carrying out renovation works on both carriageways is to restore interlayer bonding in order to ensure proper interaction between the structural layers of the road and, consequently, improve its load-bearing capacity and eliminate cracks, with a view to extending its service life. The basic contract includes: The scope of the works will cover the section of the S3 expressway managed by the Zielona Góra Branch, from km 92+170 to km 101+000 – both carriageways, including milling the existing pavement to a thickness of 4 cm (4 cm wearing course), and reinstatement of the SMA 11 PMB 45/80-65 pavement while maintaining the existing road profile, together with reinstatement of the road markings. The contract under the right of option includes: The scope of works commissioned under the right of option will cover the section of the S3 expressway managed by the Zielona Góra Branch, from km 101+000 to km 107 + 000 – both carriageways, including milling the existing pavement to a thickness of 4 cm (4 cm wearing course), and reinstatement of the SMA 11 PMB 45/80-65 pavement while maintaining the existing road profile, together with reinstatement of the road markings. The contract under the right of option will be carried out if additional funds intended for pavement renovation are allocated to the Zielona Góra Branch. The completion deadlines will be the same as for the basic contract. The Contractor will prepare a Temporary Traffic Management Plan for the scope and submit it for approval to the Traffic Management Authority (GDDKiA), using the diagrams attached to the OPZ.
