Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: Purchase of 1 decontamination equipment container, with the option to purchase an additional 1 decontamination equipment container, in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject matter of the contract. 2. Option right: a) the guaranteed order includes the purchase of 1 decontamination equipment container, by 16.12.2026. b) the optional order includes the purchase of 1 decontamination equipment container, by 16.12.2026. The option right means that the Contracting Authority will certainly purchase the guaranteed quantity, while the Contracting Authority will specify the quantity it will purchase under the option right no later than 30.09.2026. With the Contractor's consent, the deadline for exercising the option may be extended. 3. Exercise of the option right is conditional upon the occurrence of the following events: a) obtaining savings in the tender procedure, b) obtaining additional financial resources. 4. The subject matter of the contract should meet the following requirements: a) correspond to all characteristics specified in the procurement specifications. b) be new and comply with the applicable standards. c) have a complete set of technical and operating documentation. 1.
