The subject of the contract is a service consisting of the removal and storage of vehicles removed from the roads of the city of Poznań pursuant to Article 130a of the Act of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law. The performance of vehicle removal and storage services includes: 1) vehicle removal: travel to the incident site within the time specified in the SWZ, loading, transport of the vehicle to the location designated by the Contracting Authority, and unloading of the vehicle at the location designated by the Contracting Authority; 2) storage of vehicles removed from the roads: acceptance of the vehicle into the parking facility, parking, and release of the vehicle from the parking facility to an authorized person.
