Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of comprehensive, round-the-clock services involving removal, clearing the roadway following an incident, relocation (from the scene of a road incident), towing and parking of motor vehicles in guarded car parks. 2. The contract has been divided into 15 tasks. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for parts, with one of the tasks specified below understood as a part of the contract, i.e.: 1) provision of comprehensive, round-the-clock services involving removal, clearing the roadway following an incident, relocation (from the scene of a road incident), towing and parking in a guarded car park of vehicles with a permissible gross weight of up to 3.5 tonnes, together with their parts secured by the Police for procedural (evidentiary) purposes, for the needs and at the request of KPP in Łańcut (task No. 1), KPP in Strzyżów (task No. 2), 2) provision of comprehensive, round-the-clock services involving removal, clearing the roadway following an incident, relocation (from the scene of a road incident), towing and parking in a guarded car park of vehicles with a permissible gross weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes, together with their parts secured by the Police for procedural (evidentiary) purposes, for the needs and at the request of KPP in Brzozów (task No. 3), KPP in Jasło (task No. 4), KMP in Krosno (task No. 5), KPP in Lesko (task No. 6), KPP in Leżajsk (task No. 7), KPP in Lubaczów (task No. 8), KPP in Łańcut (task No. 9), KPP in Nisko (task No. 10), KPP in Przeworsk (task No. 11), KPP in Sanok (task No. 12), KPP in Stalowa Wola (task No. 13), KPP in Strzyżów (task No. 14), KPP in Ustrzyki Dolne (task No. 15). 3. The subject matter of the contract also includes the provision of towing services for procedural (evidentiary) purposes, for the needs and at the request of the Municipal / District Police Headquarters, in cases other than those provided for above (applies to all tasks). 4. The subject matter of the contract also includes the transport, at the request of KPP, of Police service vehicles damaged as a result of a breakdown (applies to tasks Nos. 1–2). 5. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract. 6. The waiting time for roadside assistance to arrive that the Contractor may offer must not exceed 60 minutes from the time of telephone notification. 7. The Contractor shall guarantee 24-hour availability and continuity of the services provided, 7 days a week. 8. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders. 9. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding supplementary contracts. 10. In order to confirm that the parking services offered comply with the requirements specified in Chapter VII of Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor is required to submit, together with the tender, a technical description of the impound car park offered by the Contractor, together with its address, and enter the road distance from the car park to the Police unit commissioning the parking service (in accordance with Appendix No. 1A or Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ). 11. The car park where vehicles and their parts will be secured must be located within the district applicable to the relevant task in the procedure or at a road distance of no more than 50 km from the headquarters of the Police unit concerned by the task. The distance between the car park and the headquarters of the Police unit will be measured using internet portals that allow distance measurement, i.e. www.google.pl/maps, www.zumi.pl or similar. The subject matter of the contract comprises services involving the removal, relocation and towing of vehicles, together with their parts, where the towed vehicle has a permissible gross weight of up to 3.5 tonnes, and the parking of these vehicles in guarded car parks at the request of KPP in Strzyżów Procedure: open.
