Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply of a light quartermaster vehicle for the needs of the State Fire Service. The subject of the contract must be performed within the scope of and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in Annex No. 1 thereto entitled: “Description of the subject of the contract” (hereinafter also referred to as the “OPZ”), and in accordance with the applicable regulations. Detailed requirements regarding the performance of the contract are also specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ entitled: “Draft Contractual Provisions” (hereinafter also referred to as the “PPU”). The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide at least 24 months of warranty and statutory warranty (the statutory warranty period will be equal to the warranty period), calculated from the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract.
