Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply of closed needle-free systems – 6 packages under the terms specified in the draft contractual provisions, in quantities resulting from current needs and within the time limits resulting from the concluded contract. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual packages, in which case the contractor may submit a tender for a selected package or all packages listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (OPZ). The subject of the contract is the supply of a three-way stopcock without an extension line, terminated with one closed needle-free system. The Contracting Authority requires the submission of subject-matter evidence to confirm that the supplies offered meet the specified requirements: Package No. 1: catalogue / folder with a photograph / leaflet / instructions for use and a sample in the quantity of 1 unit to confirm compliance with points 1–13 of the OPZ. The Contracting Authority requires that the submitted subject-matter evidence be precisely described (e.g. the relevant place marked with a marker or colour), indicating confirmation of compliance with the SWZ requirements, to facilitate quick identification by the Contracting Authority.
