The subject matter of the contract is the modernization of the existing ventilation systems serving the basement rooms of the Ministry of Finance building. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into Part 1 and Part 2 1.1 STAGE I - includes works in block: A2, A2`, B2: 1.1.1 supply and exhaust ventilation system for the basement rooms; 1.1.2 construction of a plant room; 1.1.3 supply and exhaust ventilation system for the bathrooms in block A2`; 1.1.4 construction of a fire protection station in block A2; 1.2 STAGE 2 - includes works in blocks: C2, D2: 1.2.1 supply and exhaust ventilation system for the basement rooms (levels -1 and -2); 1.2.2 construction of a plant room; 1.2.3 supply and exhaust ventilation system for the bathrooms in blocks C2, D2 (levels -1 and -2). 3); 1.3 STAGE 3 - includes works in block D2 and D3, garage section: 1.3.1 supply and exhaust ventilation system for the rooms; 1.3.2 construction of a plant room; 1.4 STAGE 4- includes obtaining all necessary arrangements with authorities/companies/institutions (including the District Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in the Capital City of Warsaw, the State Fire Service, the Office of the Capital City of Warsaw - Architecture and Spatial Planning Bureau, the District Building Supervision Inspectorate, the Mazovian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments) in accordance with the applicable regulations and requirements for the works constituting the subject matter of the Contract and obtaining the required 1.5 the detailed description has been specified in: 1.5.1 Draft provisions of the contract for Part 1, hereinafter referred to as the “PPU”, the template of which constitutes Annex I1 to the SWZ; 1.5.2 Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, hereinafter referred to as the “STWiORB”; 1.5.3 Design documentation, hereinafter referred to as the “Design documentation”; 1.5.4 Information on the site where the subject matter of the Contract will be performed, the organization of construction works, environmental protection and the facilities provided for the Contractor's needs; 1.
