Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the comprehensive delivery of two-day off-site training courses for the staff of institutions providing vocational education under the Silesia. Professionals 2 project, divided into three parts: Part I – Training in digital safety in education; Part II – Training in psychological and pedagogical support in the school environment; Part III – Training in the development of students’ social and vocational competences. 1. The subject matter of the contract meets the criterion of access for all users, including persons with disabilities. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract (abbreviated as: OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ/Annex No. 1 to the draft contractual provisions – applies to all parts. 3. The draft contractual provisions (abbreviated as: PPU) concerning the above public contract, which will be incorporated into the contract, are contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – applies to all parts. 4. Whenever the OPZ specifies requirements relating to norms, classes or standards, the Contracting Authority permits equivalent solutions, understood as solutions ensuring at least the same level of quality, functionality, safety and environmental impact as those specified in the description. A Contractor relying on equivalent solutions is required to demonstrate that the solutions offered meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. 5.
