Opportunity description

The subject matter of this contract is: the provision of a comprehensive laundry service for items owned by SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik and the provision of a comprehensive laundry service together with the rental of items owned by the Contractor and the necessary equipment and software for managing the laundry circulation process using an RFID UHF or equivalent system. The contract will be concluded after completion of the procedure for a period of 36 months. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the contract performance conditions constituting the basis for calculating the tender price are contained in the following attachments: 1) Price form – attachment No. 1.A 2) Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract – attachment No. 1.B.1 3) Description of trolleys used to transport laundry – attachment No. 1.B.2 4) Description of the subject matter of the contract concerning the items to be rented, including specification of the equipment and requirements for a comprehensive IT system for managing and monitoring the laundry circulation process using an RFID UHF or equivalent system – attachment No. 1.B.3 5) Environmental protection and fire protection policy at SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik – attachment No. 1.C 6) Draft contractual provisions that will be incorporated into the contract – attachment No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority states that, pursuant to Article 139 of the Pzp Act, it will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then conduct the entity-specific qualification of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. In fulfilment of the obligation arising from Article 24(6) of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers, the Contracting Authority states that the Independent Public Healthcare Institution, Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 3 in Rybnik, has adopted a procedure for internal reporting of information on violations of law and for taking follow-up action.
