The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of two-wheeled and four-wheeled containers intended for the collection of municipal waste, divided into the following tasks: Task 1 – purchase and delivery of two-wheeled and four-wheeled containers intended for the collection of municipal waste in the planned quantity of15,000 units, Task 2 – purchase and delivery of two-wheeled and four-wheeled containers intended for the collection of municipal waste in the planned quantity of15,000 units in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of two-wheeled and four-wheeled containers intended for the collection of municipal waste in the planned quantity of 15,000 units. 1. The contract will be performed for a period of 6 months based on the unit prices proposed by the Contractor in the most advantageous tender – in accordance with the actual needs of the Contracting Authority, with the proviso that the Contractor's total remuneration resulting from the performance of the contract may not exceed the amount of funds allocated for this purpose (the contract will be signed for the value resulting from those funds, i.e. the maximum nominal value of the obligation). Information on the amount of those funds will be provided immediately before the opening of the tenders submitted in the conducted procedure. 2.Completion period for the entire contract – 6 months from the date of signing the contract. 3.If the amount of the Contractor's total remuneration is not fully used by the time the contract ends, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the duration of the contracts (on the terms proposed in the most advantageous tender) until the allocated funds have been spent, but by no more than 3 months. 4.The Contractor shall install Bin-tag RFID tags in all types of containers. The location and method of installing the tags in the containers are illustrated in Annex No. 1 to the OPZ. The RFID tags will be purchased by the Contracting Authority and, after the contract is signed, they will be transferred to the Contractor (collection of the tags from the Contracting Authority's warehouse at the Contractor's expense). The tag installation service constitutes an integral element of the performance of the subject of the contract and is not subject to separate remuneration. 5.The completion period for partial orders is: a) up to 15 calendar days, calculated from the date on which the Contracting Authority places the first partial order, b) up to 21 calendar days, calculated from the date on which the Contracting Authority places subsequent partial orders. 6.The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract at its own expense to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority in the partial order (located within the territory of the Capital City of Warsaw). 7.The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a 36-month warranty for the offered subject of the contract, calculated from the date of delivery of the subject of the contract.
