Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the procedure is the performance by the Contractor for the Contracting Authority, at the premises of the “EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. Facility/Installation in Bełchatów at 14 and 16 Przemysłowa Street, of a service consisting of sorting and compacting packaging waste in an estimated quantity of approximately 8,154 Mg over a period of 18 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 2. The estimated quantity of waste specified in point 1 may change during the performance of the contract. Therefore, during the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce this quantity by a maximum of 80%. A reduction in the quantity of waste within this range will not give rise to any claims by the Contractor against the Contracting Authority, in particular for the payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the estimated quantity. In this situation, no amendment needs to be drawn up. The Contracting Authority guarantees the Contractor a minimum of 20% of the estimated quantities of packaging waste to be sorted and compacted during the term of the contract. 3.
