Opportunity description

The full title of the contract is: Construction and operation of a stationary water meter reading system in the cities of Ruda Śląska and Świętochłowice, using Narrowband technology (NB-IoT or LTE.CAT.M) operating in licensed radio bands for data transmission. Due to the limited number of characters in the form on www.ezamowienia.gov.pl, the Contracting Authority was forced to limit the number of characters in the notice title. The subject matter of the contract is the construction and operation of a stationary water meter reading system (hereinafter: the System) in the cities of Ruda Śląska and Świętochłowice, using Narrowband technology (NB-IoT or LTE.CAT.M) operating in licensed radio bands for data transmission. The purpose of the planned contract is the ongoing acquisition of readings from water meters, monitoring and automatic analysis of the data received, direct transfer to the Contracting Authority's integrated systems, and the possibility of making them available to service recipients. The Contractor shall ensure the construction of a stationary water meter reading system allowing data to be received at least once a day. The System will be implemented successively, in stages—the details are presented in the description of tasks. The performance of individual tasks will require ensuring data transmission within a specified time for the stated number of recipients. The Contracting Authority determined that the subject matter of the contract is intended for use by natural persons, in particular the Contracting Authority's employees; therefore, the description of the subject matter of the contract takes into account the accessibility requirements referred to in Article 100 of the Public Procurement Law.
