Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply and implementation of a radio system for remote (drive-by) reading of water meters, constituting an element of the implementation of project No. FEMP.02.28-IZ.00-0202/25 entitled “Development and modernization of water supply equipment in the Siepraw Municipality”, i.e. the task entitled “Replacement of water meters with water meters equipped with a radio system” under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 Programme, Priority: FEMP.02 European Funds for the Environment, Measure: FEMP.02.28 Development of the water and wastewater management system – IIT OPK, Project type according to SzOP: B. Increasing the efficiency of water supply systems and optimizing water consumption, from the European Regional Development Fund. The system is to provide the possibility of remote drive-by reading of water meters using a radio communication module, a comprehensive IT environment for monitoring and recording data, and analysis of the operation of measuring devices within the scope of data that can be obtained. The software must be ergonomic and intuitive to use, enable the creation of reports, analyses and visualizations of measurement data, and ensure integration with the existing and operational billing system and databases in the Siepraw Municipality. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The conditions for performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a quality guarantee for the subject matter of the contract for the following periods: 1) supplied water meters - 60 months, 2) supplied inductive radio modules - min. 60 months, 3) supplied communication modems (2 units) - 60 months, 4) supplied mobile data-reading devices (2 tablets or smartphones), laptop computer (1 unit) - 24 months, 5) completed assembly and installation, implementation and integration work - 60 months, 6) software licences granted - 24 months. The statutory warranty period for defects shall be equal to the period of the quality guarantee provided by the Contractor. 5. The term of the quality guarantee provided by the Contractor (the period of the quality guarantee provided) will be calculated from the date on which the Contracting Authority signs (without reservations) the protocol referred to in § 2 para. 3 of Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The period of the quality guarantee provided for the inductive radio modules constitutes a tender evaluation criterion. 6.
