1. Scope of the subject matter of the contract: The subject matter of the contract includes the supply of two brand-new trucks with hooklift bodies and additional interchangeable winter equipment for Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania Spółka z o.o. in Kraków. A detailed description of the contract performance conditions is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. Place of delivery of the subject matter of the contract: Base of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania Spółka z o.o. 31-580 Kraków, ul. Nowohuckiej 1 3. Quality warranty: The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a quality warranty for the subject matter of the contract, i.e.: - chassis (2 units); - hooklift body (2 units); - automatic spreader (6 units); - snowplough (6 units); - all devices additionally installed on the vehicle, for a period of at least 24 months, calculated from the date of purchase (the date on which the Contracting Authority signs (without reservations) the handover and acceptance protocol). The statutory warranty period is equal to the quality warranty period granted. 4. Time limit for performance of the subject matter of the contract: 8 weeks from the date of signing the contract 1.
