Opportunity description

1. The Contracting Authority entrusts, and the Contractor accepts for execution, construction works entitled: “Construction of a sports hall at Primary School No. 398 at ul. Rembrandta 8”, constituting stage III of the school and preschool complex, hereinafter referred to as the subject matter of the contract 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: - Construction of the sports hall building. - Supply and installation of sports hall equipment. - Development of the area adjacent to the sports hall within the following scope: - on the western side – the area up to the pedestrian and vehicular route, - on the northern side - the area up to the unpaved road extending road 106 KLD, - on the eastern side – the area up to the basketball court. - Dismantling, removal and disposal of the insulation installed on the wall of stage I at the construction site of the adjoining sports hall building. The Contracting Authority requires employment under an employment contract in the manner specified in Art. 22 par. 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, consolidated text), as referred to in Art. 95 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793), by the contractor or subcontractor, of persons performing activities within the scope of construction works, i.e. earthworks, paving, carpentry, concrete and reinforcement works, masonry, painting, plumbing and electrical works. All matters related to documenting the employment referred to above, the Contracting Authority’s powers to verify the Contractor’s compliance with the aforementioned requirement, and sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are specified in the draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority entrusts, and the Contractor accepts for execution, construction works entitled: “Construction of a sports hall at Primary School No. 398 at ul. Rembrandta 8”, constituting stage III of the school and preschool complex, hereinafter referred to as the subject matter of the contract. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts consisting in the repetition of similar construction works to the existing Contractor, as referred to in Art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Act. The value of the contract consisting in the repetition of similar construction works in relation to the value of the basic contract has been set at PLN 2,460,000.00 gross, subject to the availability of financial resources – within the undertaking described in the provisions of the SWZ and in §1 of the draft contractual provisions, and consisting in the performance of activities within the scope of construction works: i.e. earthworks, works involving various surfaces, structural works (reinforced concrete, steel), concrete works, masonry works, sanitary, electrical and telecommunications works. The awarded contract will be performed under the terms of the basic contract. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 83,659,181.66 PLN.
