The subject of the contract is the design and execution of the Adaptation of the historic Metal Rolling Mill building together with development of the surrounding area. The project provides for the revitalization and adaptation to new functions of the historic building of the former Sheet Rolling Mill Hall, revitalization of the building's surroundings, including clearing rubble and leveling the site, disposal of hazardous and environmentally harmful materials discovered during earthworks and construction works, construction of new internal road infrastructure together with parking areas and infrastructure intended for pedestrians (promenades, squares), and construction of new blue-green infrastructure.
