Opportunity description

Services provided by specialized legal entities for the purpose of the Contracting Authority purchasing airline tickets for domestic and/or international flights, depending on its specific needs. Number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested, including amendments to the draft contract attached to the procurement documentation: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond fully to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. Given the specific nature of the activity, there is a possibility that the requirement regarding the quantity of services purchased may change, in the sense of supplementing the initial quantities. Additional services may be ordered within a period exceeding the duration of the framework agreement by 3 months. Additional services will be purchased at the same price/adjusted price. Review clauses pursuant to Art. 221 of Law No. 98/2016 and Instruction (ANAP) No. 1/2021. The review clauses will be applied as follows: Where specific conditions so require, the purchaser will order additional services within 15 months of contracting (12-month framework agreement performance period + 3 additional months). The quantities of additional services that may be ordered shall amount to a maximum of 30% of the value of the framework agreement. The period during which additional quantities may be ordered is 15 months (12-month framework agreement performance period + 3 additional months). Provision of international/domestic air transport services for the management, employees, partners and collaborators of Transilvania University of Brașov. Estimated timetable for awarding subsequent contracts: whenever the need arises to organize domestic/international travel to be undertaken by persons designated by Transilvania University of Brașov. Minimum quantity: 1 ticket/subsequent contract and maximum quantity: 20 tickets/subsequent contract. Minimum/maximum framework agreement quantity: 50 tickets/1,000 tickets. The competition will be reopened by requesting price quotations from all signatories to the framework agreement throughout its duration. Duration of the framework agreement: 12 months. Maximum estimated value excluding VAT of the framework agreement: 1,500,000 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 30,000 lei excluding VAT, and that of the smallest is 1,500 lei excluding VAT. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,500,000 RON.
