Procurement of “Alarm system monitoring and emergency intervention services at DEER units in the Northern Muntenia area”. Bidding companies must comply with the relevant legal provisions, in accordance with Law 333/2003 on the guarding of facilities, goods and valuables and the protection of persons and Government Decision 301/2012 approving the Methodological Rules for the implementation of updated Law No. 333/2003, Chapter VI (Monitoring centers for burglar alarm systems), Articles 90–94, 97–98. Number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 22 (before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications). The deadline by which the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is: the 12th day before the deadline established in the Contract Notice for the submission of tenders.
