Opportunity description

The general objective of the DANUBIUS-RO project is the construction, equipping and operationalization of the Romanian components of the pan-European distributed research infrastructure. The purpose of this contract is to expand the research capabilities of INCDSB – Murighiol Research Centre with equipment capable of providing critical information regarding the biodiversity of the Romanian section of the Danube-Danube Delta-Black Sea system and generating data for conducting medium- and long-term statistical studies on the evolution of biodiversity and its role in the natural regulatory mechanisms of food chains. The purpose of the award procedure is the public procurement of scientific equipment necessary for equipping with scientific research equipment – proteomics, required by the research facilities of the Murighiol Hub, for whose operationalization the Contracting Authority is responsible within the PCIDIF project “INTERNATIONAL CENTRE FOR ADVANCED STUDIES ON RIVER–SEA SYSTEMS DANUBIUS – RO”, SMIS code 304273. To achieve the indicators undertaken through the DANUBIUS-RO project and carry out the activities envisaged, obtaining the results undertaken through the funding application, SMIS code 304273, the contracting authority is interested in procuring an integrated set of equipment for thermogravimetric analysis, installation, commissioning, training, and post-delivery service during the warranty period: 1. Thermogravimetric analyzer with Reaction Gas Sampling and Transfer System (interface) and data control and interpretation software - 1 unit 2. Gas chromatograph coupled with mass spectrometer (GC/MS) and data control and interpretation software - 1 unit 3. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscope (FTIR) and data control and interpretation software - 1 unit The technical specifications of the equipment and goods to be supplied, as well as the requirements regarding installation, commissioning, personnel training, testing and post-delivery service during the warranty period, are detailed in the Tender Specifications.
