The subject matter of this procurement is the supply of scientific equipment – proteomics, metabolomics, genomics and (bio)analysis, including delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, personnel training and related services (maintenance and technical support), as follows: Lot 1: Supply of an assembly of chromatography equipment – integrated and unitary analysis workflow through liquid chromatography and gas chromatography Lot 2: Supply of an integrated assembly of equipment for thermogravimetric analysis Lot 3: Supply of a DNA sequencer-type genetic analyzer Lot 4: Supply of an integrated microbial identification and phenotyping assembly Complete details regarding the products, ancillary operations and related services that are the subject matter of this procurement, pertaining to each lot, can be found in the Technical Specifications, including their annexes, an integral part of the Tender Documentation. FOR EACH LOT SEPARATELY: The objective of the Contract to be awarded by the Contracting Authority, pertaining to each individual lot, is the provision of scientific research equipment – proteomics, required for the research facilities of the Hub in Murighiol, for whose operationalization the Contracting Authority is responsible within the project within the PCIDIF project “INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR ADVANCED STUDIES ON RIVER – SEA SYSTEMS DANUBIUS – RO”, SMIS code 304273. To achieve the indicators undertaken through the DANUBIUS-RO project and carry out the planned activities with the attainment of the results undertaken through the financing application SMIS code 304273, the contracting authority is interested in procuring equipment for chromatography – an integrated and unitary analysis workflow through liquid chromatography and gas chromatography, installation, commissioning, training, post-delivery servicing during the warranty period: 1. Automated solid-phase extraction system - 1 unit 2. Accelerated extraction and evaporation system- 1 unit 3. Gas chromatograph coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometer- 1 unit 4. Ultra-fast separation liquid chromatograph coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometer- 1 unit 5. Gas chromatograph coupled with high-resolution and accurate-mass mass spectrometer- 1 unit 6. Ion-exchange chromatograph – ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatograph assembly coupled with high-resolution and accurate-mass mass spectrometer- 1 unit 7. Liquid chromatograph coupled with ultra-high-resolution and accurate-mass mass spectrometer (nLC/MS)- 1 unit 8.
