Works execution contract consisting of design and works execution services for the objective: “Execution of works for the relocation/protection of utilities for the project Development of a recreational and ecotourism area on the Gușteriței hills”, SMIS Code 335292, in accordance with the specifications provided in the procurement documentation. The contract involves the design and execution of works to place underground an approximately 0.85 km section of the 110kV double-circuit overhead power line and the fibre-optic infrastructure, for the purpose of clearing the site of the investment objective, in accordance with the provisions imposed by Approval No. 70/25/225/25.06.2025 issued by the TS Zonal Technical-Economic Approval Commission of DEER Romania. The total duration of the contract is 12 months, starting from the date of the last electronic signature applied to the contract. Thus: - 2 months from the date of signing the contract for design - PT+ DE+ DTAC + DTOE + verification of the design by authorised verifiers + obtaining approvals and agreements - within a maximum of 1 month from the date of completion of the technical documentation, the contracting authority will conclude the design acceptance report, obtain the Building Permit and issue the order to commence the works - 8 months from the issuance of the order to commence the works - execution of works and technical assistance from the designer (throughout the execution of the works) - maximum 1 month from the notification regarding completion of the works – for carrying out acceptance upon completion of the works Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 20 The contracting authority will send the response to clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Nature of the services and works covered by the contract: - In order to implement the investment objective “Development of a recreational and ecotourism area on the Gușteriței hills, including the relocation of utility networks, SMIS code 335292”, it is necessary to implement the conditions for coexistence of the road with the electricity network belonging to DEER, established within the coexistence study carried out at the design stage of the objective. - With regard to the 110 kw LEA Line, the coexistence study was prepared and was approved by DEER through Approval No. 70/25/225/25.06.2025, for which reason it is necessary to initiate procurement procedures for specialised design services (PT+ DE+ DTAC+DTOE+ verification of the design by authorised verifiers+obtaining approvals+ technical assistance) and execution of the works with a view to converting the double-circuit power line present on the site from LEA (overhead power lines) to LES (underground power lines) 110kV. Estimated value excluding VAT (figures only): 15,000,000.00 lei excluding VAT, of which: - Design and Technical Assistance from the designer: 628,052.39 lei excluding VAT - Execution of works: 14,371,947.61 lei excluding VAT The total duration of the contract is 12 months, starting from the date of the last electronic signature applied to the contract.
