Subject matter of the procurement – procurement of MEDICAL SUPPLIES - CONSUMABLES FOR ANGIOGRAPHY/ANGIOPLASTY (126 lots) Framework agreement without reopening competition, with a maximum of 3 operators, for a duration of 48 months from the date of conclusion. Estimated value excluding VAT: range: between 242,940.00 lei and 40,887,500.00 lei Subsequent contracts will be concluded depending on the needs and available funds of the contracting authority, approximately once every 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or 12 months. The contracting authority selected the framework agreement as the award method because it intends to purchase products of a recurring nature, namely medical supplies, depending on the needs and financial availability of the contracting authority. (at the time this procedure was initiated, the quantity required for each individual lot could not be determined precisely because, given the specific nature of the contracting authority's activity, these quantities vary depending on the number of patients, the types of conditions for which they are treated, etc.). Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. Deadline for sending the response to requests for clarification: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders specified in the contract notice.
