FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICINES The need to ensure and adapt treatment in accordance with the needs of patients admitted to the “Sf. Maria” Iași Clinical Emergency Hospital for Children requires the purchase of the medicines that are the subject of this procedure (online “open tender” in a single stage (with the conclusion of a framework agreement with five economic operators)). Since the case mix and the evolution of patients do not allow an exact estimate of the quantities of medicines, and the allocation of financial resources is also variable to some extent, it is considered appropriate to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 36 months with five economic operators. The framework agreement for products is concluded with each of the five economic operators declared successful (provided that there are five economic operators).
