Opportunity description

The medicines are included in the National Health Program - Antineoplastics, CPV: 33652100-6 Antineoplastic agents (Rev.2), required for the treatment of oncology patients in accordance with the National Health Program - Antineoplastics. The required quantities are specified in the Tender Specifications - Annex No. 1. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, pursuant to Art. 161 of Law No. 98/2016; the provisions of Art. 8 para. (2) of Government Decision No. 419/2018. Upon completion of the public procurement procedure, the contracting authority is to conclude a single FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT with the economic operators ranked in the first 3 places for a period of 36 months.
