Opportunity description

The contracting authority, by applying this procedure, intends to purchase medicines in order to perform medical procedures according to the quality standards imposed by legislation in the field of medical services. At the end of the public procurement procedure, the contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for each individual lot with the first 3 economic operators whose tenders have been determined to be successful; a framework agreement with a duration of 36 months for lots: 120,121,122,123 and 48 months for the remaining lots, from the date of its signing. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and of the subsequent contract are provided in the Specifications. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification is the 11th day before the deadline date and time for submission of tenders, provided that the economic operator requests clarification within the period specified in section I.3 Communication, namely 18 days.
