Opportunity description

The contracting authority seeks to procure archiving, handling, transport, storage and document retrieval services by applying an open tender procedure following which a 24-month framework agreement will be concluded with the economic operator ranked first. The estimated MAXIMUM value of the Framework Agreement is 708,000.00 lei excluding VAT, broken down as follows: 1) Document archiving, handling and transport services - 12.000,00 ml at an estimated unit price of 40 lei / ml, resulting in 480.000,00 lei excluding VAT; 2) Document storage and retrieval services - 120,000.00 ml at an estimated unit price of 1,9 lei / ml, resulting in 228,000.00 lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of tenders, insofar as they are sent within the specified time limit.
