Framework agreement for services for the collection of taxes, fees and other local budget revenues through self-service stations in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between 83.692 lei and 1.536.964 lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification submitted within the time limit provided for in section I.3, namely 12 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, when the procedure is an online open tender, with the conclusion of a four-year framework agreement. The frequency of concluding subsequent contracts is at least 2 subsequent contracts per year, within the limits of the Contracting Authority's needs and the approved budget funds. The minimum value of the subsequent contract is 10.462 lei excluding VAT and the maximum estimated value of the subsequent contract is 192.120 lei excluding VAT.
