Supply of 50/70 road bitumen required for the production of asphalt mixtures, according to SR EN 12591: 2009. Framework agreement with a maximum of 3 (three) economic operators, duration of 48 (forty-eight) months. Value of the largest subsequent contract: 4,800,000 lei excluding VAT. The products will be delivered to Cuza Voda, 1 Medgidiei Street, Constanta County, based on firm orders issued by the beneficiary. According to the requirements of the Tender Specifications, the maximum delivery time is 48 hours from receipt of the orders. The minimum accepted time for delivery of the products covered by this public procurement procedure is 12 hours. Transportation will be carried out using the supplier's specialized means, under its responsibility and at its expense. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days.
