FRAMEWORK SUPPLY AGREEMENT "Culture media, reagents for analyzers and diagnostic kits II" - 24-month framework agreement - 13 lots detailed in the specifications. The award will be made by lot. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation, subject to the deadline established by the contracting authority in the contract notice and the procurement data sheet - Section I.3), respectively the number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The contracting authority establishes the following deadlines within which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The procurement procedure organized by the Contracting Authority concerns the supply of "Culture media, reagents for analyzers and diagnostic kits II" required by the Medical Analysis Laboratory within the „Cuza Voda” Iași Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The nature, quantity and delivery of the products for this lot are detailed in the specifications+Annex to the Specifications. Estimated timetable (frequency and value of contracts to be awarded): Subsequent contracts will be concluded in cascade according to needs and the financial provisions allocated for this purpose: monthly/semi-annually/quarterly/annually. If the economic operator signing this framework agreement and ranked 1st does not have the capacity to respond fully to the request (inability to provide the entire quantity requested, failure to comply with the assumed conditions regarding quality, delivery deadline, price, validity, etc.), the contracting authority will send requests to the operator ranked 2nd, and in the event of a refusal/lack of response from the latter as well, to the operator ranked 3rd (when the framework agreement is signed with 3 economic operators), with the economic operator/operators ranked 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd being subject, for failure to fulfill the obligations incumbent upon it/them, to the provisions of art.111 para. (2) and (3) of Government Decision 395/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
