SUPPLY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT "Culture media, reagents for analyzers and diagnostic kits II” " - 24-month FA - 15 lots detailed in the specifications. The award will be made by lots. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the procurement documents, in compliance with the deadline established by the contracting authority in the contract notice and the procurement data sheet - Section I.3), respectively the number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications may be requested: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement is 15.953,76 lei excluding VAT. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested throughout the entire framework agreement: quantities according to the specifications (REAGENTS SUMMARY ANNEX). Estimated timetable (frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded): Subsequent contracts will be concluded in cascade according to needs and the financial provisions allocated for this purpose: monthly/semi-annually/quarterly.
